Step 1 - Portal Access
The access of a user previously registered in the platform allows to verify which groups and accesses he will have to visualize and interact with the modules contained in the portal, such as processes, business rules, report, among others.
Step 2 - Follow up on tasks
In the portal and we can track the progress of process tasks by period, we can also select a specific process for a more specific analysis with the live stream, projected view of it and details about each task and its data.
Step 3 - Modeling a process
In this part of the platform we were able to document, define behaviors and all the data and ways of filling this data directly in the modeling. We can for example create a field and define its behaviors, as an obligation and validation message for the user or group responsible for a task. Also in a simple way we can store all documents and files that will be attached in the process, just selecting an attachment field and even restricting the types. The publication of a new version is simple and does not require IT support.
Step 4 - Starting a business process
Process modeled, configured and published directly in the platform, we can search it by name, category or version and when we find it we start an instance of this process with the action to start, in a simple and fast way it shows all the form configured in the modeling for completion and completion of this activity.
Step 5 - Activities
After we start a process it can be viewed on the task side, notice that all tasks have specific information that at the time of modeling were defined. In this part we can also follow the whole process, by its history, live stream and timeline.
Step 6 - Running an activity
Clicking on the task the form is displayed keeping all the previously sent behavior and if we click on finish we visualize the validations and if we include a document it can be visualized instantly.
