We can also access and manage digital processes and documents stored on existing content sources, including legacy ECM products such as Alfresco, Documentum, IBM and OpenText and Cloud storage services such as Box, DropBox and Google Drive.

Like MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Postgres, and Oracle, which are inherently flexible and allow unlimited changes to your data model. They are also scaled horizontally so you can add low-cost hardware as your system grows. In short, SmartPlatform is a less expensive solution, easy to adapt and change as your business needs change.

Architecture
​
SmartPLATFORM has value-adding modules that communicate both internally and externally through APIs. As part of this architecture we have the following modules:

_SmartPORTAL - module responsible for the interaction of users in the platform, allowing from the modeling of processes and behaviors of forms to execution and monitoring of the progress of processes. Developed using the React library;

_SmartAPI - module of the platform that manages API to expose APIs of web service. The basic objective of this module is to facilitate the life of creators and consumers of APIs, allowing the creation of specific authentication, limit rates, monitoring of consumption of APIs and consumption reports;
​
_SmartPROCESS - Process management and execution module, using as a base an adherent tool of the market in notation and BPMN 2.0 model. Also responsible for the management of users and correlated groups. It is developed in the Java language.

_SmartECM - module responsible for the management of business content (documents and files) in an integrated way with the other modules, allowing that every file or document attached and/or linked in a task of the process, is stored in a structure and secure. It is developed in Java language;
_SmartWMS - module of management and custody of physical assets, which manages the entire value chain and supply of document information, is in this module that focuses the heart of physical management of documents and the control of physical custody addresses. It also concentrates all requests and SLA control of document requests, providing the ecosystem with ownership, request and custody control;

_SmartSIGN - module of signatures and certification of authenticity and veracity of digitalized or digital native documents, was initially created to meet the standards DOC-ICP 15.V3 of ICP-BR, but today the application also meets the eSign and SmartCONTRACT based on the use of blockchain applications;

_SmartRULES - module responsible for the management of business rules, allowing to register rules, conditional, queries to APIs of third parties, compare and calculate rules in a monitored way (tests and executions). It is developed in the .NET Core language.
​
_SmartREPORT - module responsible for the presentation of information and indicators, it is also a powerful tool for its operation, making it possible to assemble data cubes inside the platform without the need of external tools.

_SmartDRIVE - In this module we can manage digital assets, attaching them directly including a brief description, indexing through document types and metadata or analyzing assets belonging to processes in the process module. We can view, share, download files such as pdf, text, spreadsheets, presentations, videos and music in a simple, intuitive and safe way.
_SmartTEMPLATE - This functionality of intersection of the process, administrative and drive modules, we can create digital born documents with all the data of a process, inclusion of data in this template and generation of a final asset managed by the drive module. With the administrative access we can configure a new Word file structure, called template, containing information and the mapping of data belonging to a process instance for its automatic filling at the time of execution of the process.
